For people who run a business, not an inbox

The email you didn't get to, seen to.

Forward your inbox. seentoit reads what comes in, writes the reply, books the job on your calendar, and texts you what it did. Don't like it? Tap undo.

Two Google permissions: write a draft, add a calendar event. It cannot read your mailbox and it cannot see your other calendars.

How it works

  1. 01

    Forward your email

One address, one setting in Gmail. Nothing to install and no second inbox to check.

  2. 02

    Answer a few texts

Your prices, your hours, the area you cover. That is the whole setup.

  3. 03

    It works the inbox

Reads what arrived, writes the reply, checks your calendar and books the slot.

  4. 04

    You get a text

One line saying what it did, with a link to undo it for the next 30 minutes.

What it will never do

  • touches money

No invoices, no payments, and no quote above the cap you set.

  • writes to a stranger

It only replies to people who have already emailed you.

  • works after hours

Outside the hours you gave it, it does nothing at all.

  • sends straight away

Every email waits five minutes. You can pull it back in one tap.

  • carries on after STOP

Text STOP and the account halts, including mail already queued.

  • reads your mailbox

It asks Google for two things: write a draft, add a calendar event.

None of that is an instruction in a prompt. Each one is a check in the code that every tool call has to pass before it runs. If the check fails, nothing happens, and you get told about it.
